                            Cancellation of Warrants

The Company announces that it has today agreed with the holders of 5,550,000
warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company to cancel those
warrants in consideration of a payment by the Company of 0.5p per warrant. The
warrants were exercisable at 5p per share and were due to expire in March 2005.
