Edge Performance VCT plc (the "Company")

Interim Dividend

The board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that an interim dividend of 14p per F share in the Company ("F Share") will be paid on 27 November 2015 to all holders of F Shares who are on the Company's register of members as at close of business on 20 November 2015. The ex-dividend date is 19 November 2015.

This payment will bring cumulative dividends per F Share paid by the Company to 42p.
