Dexion Trading Limited: Transaction in own shares



Dexion Trading Limited (the "Company") announces that on 10 December 2007 it
purchased 250,000 of its GBP shares of no par value at a price per share of
117.75p.



The GBP shares purchased will be held as treasury shares. Following the above
purchase, the Company holds 250,000 GBP shares in treasury.  The total number of
GBP shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 56,662,349.



Accordingly, the current issued share capital consists of 56,662,349 GBP shares
with voting rights. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the
calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
