Result of AGM

DQ Entertainment plc, a global entertainment production and distribution company focused on children's and family animation content, announces that all resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today were passed.

Further to the Company's announcement of 14 September 2015, resolution 3 to re-elect Mr. Santhanaraman Vaidyanathan as a Director of the Company was not proposed, due to his decision to not seek re-election as a non-executive director of the Company, and he is no longer a director of the Company.
