Dev Property Development plc (the "Company") announces that it received
notification today in a letter dated 1 February 2007 that in accordance with 
DTR 5 of the Transparency Obligations Directive (Disclosure and Transparency 
Rules) Instrument 2006, Government of Singapore Investment Corporation Pte Ltd 
has a notifiable interest in 13,500,000 shares of the Company, representing 
9.783% of the Company's issued share capital.
