notification today in a letter dated 29 January 2007 that in accordance with 
DTR 5 of the Transparency Obligations Directive (Disclosure and Transparency 
Rules)Instrument 2006, Fidelity Investments Limited, on behalf of client funds 
that it manages, has a notifiable interest in 13,780,000 shares of the Company,
representing 9.99% of the Company's issued share capital.
