The Company received notification today that as a result of Pixelfusion entering 
into a members' voluntary liquidation of which Richard Farleigh was a 
shareholder, Richard Farleigh's holding in ClearSpeed has increased to 
18,435,160 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 29.4 per cent. of the current
