Redrow Commercial Exchanges Contract on Central London Office Development


Redrow Group plc is pleased to announce that Redrow Commercial and its joint
venture partner, Grosvenor Developments Ltd, have contracted to sell their
development at 10 Lower Grosvenor Place, Victoria, London, SW1.  The
development, comprising 2,600 sq. m. (gross) of high quality office
accommodation, has been contracted for sale to Capital & Regional Properties
plc.  The contract is due to be completed on 20 October 1999.
