Employee Share Plans - Announcement of transactions in ordinary shares of 50p each

The Company announces that on 5 April 2011 it was notified that options to acquire ordinary shares of 50p each in the capital of the Company granted under the Long Term Incentive Plan for 2007 and 2008 had been exercised by persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR"). On the same day, some of the resulting ordinary shares were sold to satisfy the tax and national insurance liabilities arising on such vesting. Details are set out below.
