The Company was informed on 10 December 2004 that on that date, Michael Feltham,
Director, purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the "Shares") at a price
of 2.6p per Share. The resultant holding represents Mr Feltham's entire
interest, 0.13% of the Company's issued share capital.
