from Framlington Investment Management Limited that it has an interest as
investment managers in 4,247,945 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing
approximately 10.29% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital.  The shares are
registered in various nominee names and include one holding totalling
2,000,000 Ordinary Shares which is registered in the name of MSS Nominees
Limited Account 811664.
