The Company was notified on 28(th) January 2014, on that day, Mr M A Bruce-Smith transferred 184,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") into his name. The shares were transferred from as follows:

WB Nominees 70,000

which Mr Bruce-Smith had a beneficial interest in.
