The Company announces that on 4 June 2009, Peter Cassidy, Joint Managing 
Director, purchased a total of 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p ("Ordinary Shares") 
in the Company at a price of 40 pence per share. The beneficial interest of 
Peter Cassidy following the transaction is now 80,458 Ordinary Shares 
representing 1.46% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
