Centaur Media Plc ("Centaur" or "the
Group") today announces that after six years as a Non-executive
Director, and the last five as Centaur Chair, Colin Jones has
informed the Board that he does not intend to extend his
appointment as Chair when his current three-year term expires on 1
September 2024. A search for a new Chair is underway and, in order
to ensure an orderly handover,
Colin will remain in his role until a new Chair
has been appointed, and his Letter of Appointment will be extended
accordingly.

tracked Centaur's development from a legacy media business to an
international provider of business intelligence and learning. He
has overseen this important transition for the Company, helping to

leverage the strength of its brands to deliver accelerated revenue

and reliable cash generation will support its plans for continued
investment in the high growth areas of its
business."
In accordance with Listing Rule
9.6.12, we will announce the effective date of Colin's resignation
when it is known.
This announcement is made in
accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11.
