The Company has been informed that Mark Mills, the founder and one of the
largest shareholders of Cardpoint, yesterday purchased a further 25,000 ordinary
shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 113.5p per
share.

 
Following this transaction Mark Mills has a beneficial interest in 2,876,530
Ordinary Shares, representing 4.73% of the Company's issued share capital.
