         ANNOUNCEMENT OF CANCELLATION OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING 
 
Ramat Gan, Israel, 17 September 2015: 
 
Further to its announcement of 27 July 2015,  28 August 2015 and 9 September 
2015 the board of directors of the Company announces that the Extraordinary 
General Meeting of the Company convened for 12 noon (BST) on 1 September 2015, 
adjourned to 12 noon (BST) 14 September 2015 and then further adjourned until 
12 noon (BST) on 21 September 2015,  in connection with the appointment of Mrs. 
Dafna Shalev-Flamm as a second statutory independent director, is hereby 
cancelled. 
 
Further updates in connection with the appointment of a second external 
director of the Company will be provided in due course.
