Big Technologies plc, the UK-based, remote people monitoring technology company, announces that it was notified on 22 January that Charles Lewinton, Chief Operating Officer, purchased an aggregate of 4,696 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on the 22 January at an average price of GBP1.06 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Lewinton holds 85,896 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
