Directors' Shares/Issue of Equity

The Company was informed on 2 June 2006 that R. Stuart Angus and Robert Cross,
directors of the Company, exercised options and subsequently sold shares in the
Company. Details of the transactions are set out below. Following these
transactions, R Stuart Angus holds 26,879 shares in the Company and Robert Cross
holds 0 (zero) shares in the Company.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the newly issued
shares to be admitted to AIM, along with a further 508,333 shares issued
pursuant to the exercise of options by employees, giving a total of 908,333
shares. Admission is expected to take place on 12 June 2006.
