Board Changes

Following the successful sale of OSG Records Management, Aurora Russia's Chairman, Geoff Miller, and two of the four Non-Executive Directors, Grant Cameron and John Whittle, have notified the Company of their intention to step down from the Board, as soon as replacements have been found.
