Dundee, Scotland, 16 November 2011. Axis-Shield plc (LSE:ASD, OSE:ASD) ("Axis-Shield") today announces that Bay Green, Staffan Ek and Prof. Wenche Rolfsen have resigned from the Board of Axis-Shield with immediate effect.
