The Issuer wishes to announce a repurchase of EUR 324,000,000 in principal amount of the Notes on 17 July 2020. Consequently, the outstanding principal amount of the Notes has been reduced by such amount.

Please note EUR 216,000,000 in principal amount of the Notes remain outstanding.
