PETERBOROUGH (PROGRESS HEALTH) PLC (the "Issuer")

GBP396,115,000 5.581 per cent. Guaranteed Secured Bonds due 2042 (the "Bonds")

guaranteed as to scheduled payments of principal and interest pursuant to a bond financial

guarantee issued by FGIC UK Limited (the "Controlling Creditor")

Peterborough City Hospital (PCH)

The remedial works to the fire compartmentation issues at PCH, which were carried out pursuant to the Action Plan issued by Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service (CFRS) on 1 June 2015, were completed on 10 September 2018.

The completion of these remedial works marks the completion of all remedial works in respect of the fire compartmentation issues at the three hospital sites, owing to the earlier completion of the remedial works at The Cavell Centre and The City Care Centre as set out below.

The Cavell Centre (TCC)

The remedial works to the fire compartmentation issues at TCC, which were carried out pursuant to the Action Plan issued by CFRS on 8 February 2016, were completed on 24 October 2016.

The City Care Centre (CCC)

The remedial works to the fire compartmentation issues at CCC, which were carried out pursuant to the Action Plan issued by CFRS on 21 December 2015, were completed on 22 December 2016.
