The results of the voting at
Nationwide Building Society's Annual General Meeting (AGM) held
online today, Wednesday 17 July 2024, are detailed
below.
Ordinary Resolutions:
1.
To receive the Directors' Report, the Annual Accounts, the Annual
Business Statement and the Auditors' Report for the financial year
ended 4 April 2024
For: 632,353
(98.72 %) Against: 8,214 (1.28 %) Votes withheld*: 4,952
2. To approve the Directors' Remuneration Report for the financial
year ended 4 April 2024
For: 604,654 (95.05 %) Against:

To approve the Directors' Remuneration Policy, the full text
of which is contained in the Directors' Remuneration Report for the

Kevin Parry, Society Chairman, said:
"The AGM is an important way for our
members to have
their say on the way the Society is run and to
vote to elect the Society's Board. The online format has allowed
many more members to attend to ask questions and vote in real
time. As a
member-owned organisation, our financial strength means we can
deliver record value to members and choice in the way they bank
with us."
