The Company announces that the trustees of the Peter Johnson 1989 Settlement
Trust have today sold 7,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 2p each at a price of 27p,
representing 4.3% of the issued share capital of the company, to the Johnson
Foundation. Peter Johnson, Chairman, has a beneficial interest in the Peter
Johnson 1989 Settlement Trust and a non-beneficial interest in the Johnson
Foundation.

Following this transaction Mr. Johnson's beneficial holding in the company is
110,884,711 shares (67.9%) and the Johnson Foundation holds 10,415,000 shares
(6.4%).  The current number of shares in issue is 163,330,754.
