Bank of America Reduces Interest in Base Resources

Base Resources Ltd. said Wednesday that a prominent shareholder
reduced its holding in the company.
The Australia-based mineral-sands producer said the Bank of
America Corporation reduced its voting power in the company by 38
million ordinary shares. As of March 2, Bank of America had a
relevant interest in 52.8 million shares, representing 4.51% of
Base Resources' total share issue.
