NOTICE OF HALF YEAR RESULTS

Chesnara plc, the European life and pensions consolidator, will report its results for the half year ended 30 June 2023 on 21 September 2023. A presentation for analysts will be held at 9.30am on 21 September 2023 at the offices of RBC Capital Markets, 100 Bishopsgate, London, EC2N 4AA, which will be available to join online and subsequently be posted to the corporate website.
