Afentra plc ('Afentra' or the 'Company'), the upstream oil and gas Company listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, announces that it was notified on 16 January 2024 that Gavin Wilson has purchased a total of 100,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 36 pence per share.

As a result, the total shareholding in the Company of Gavin Wilson comprises 3,231,666 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.46% of the Company's issued share capital.
