Holding in Company

The Company received on Friday 15 August 2003 notification that, following a
purchase of 150,000 shares on 13 August 2003, Framlington Investment Management
Limited is interested in 2,244,542 ordinary shares representing 10.15 per cent
of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. The registered holders of
these shares are HSBC Nominees Ltd A/C 811524 as to 1,125,000 shares, HSBC
Nominees Ltd A/C 811366 as to 750,000 shares and HSBC Nominees Ltd A/C 912109 as
to 369,542 shares.
