Haslemere N.V. announces that it has bought in for cancellation a further GBP8.0
million of the GBP200 million 6.25% First Mortgage Debenture Bonds 2024 issued
in 1999 by its Jersey subsidiary, Haslemere Jersey Finance Ltd. The company
previously announced, on 14 October 2003, that an aggregate GBP124.3 million had
been bought in, and this current transaction brings the total bought in for
cancellation to GBP132.3 million.


Following cancellation, GBP67.7 million of the Bonds will remain outstanding.
