Looking for a micro cap with quantum materials in the 150-200 million market cap range I owned QUBT a few hundred million market levels years and sold in the last run up. Looking for something with real world case partnerships in place with big semi conductors and an economics plan where the company gets upfront and maybe royalty deal something quantum technology that makes chips faster smaller and run better any ideas thx in advance.Like to see Qubt get one more deal by summer.

WS Understood. I guess the most alarming thing about this stock is that I noticed it seems to be listed on OTC markets website as a "prohibited service provider." IMO

Buyer beware?

Investing late has its issues, but so does investing too early. Many companies in the development stage need massive amounts of funding and aren't making much revenue (if any), which leads to massive dilution. As the saying goes, timing is everything.

In the case of QUBT, their last annual financial report (10-K), for 2023, shows that they made $258K in revenue. That doesn't even cover 1/2 of the CEO's salary. In addition, that report shows that they had a net loss of $27M.

According to that same report, they had 94,210,626 outstanding shares.

Since then (for the past 6 months), it looks like they have diluted another 25+ MILLION shares (or about 25%).

IMHO Quantum is already "Commercialized". Companies are marketing the intellectual properties of it. By the time it gets to the point where you all expect it to be you wont be able to afford it. The potential value of these companies is massive that's why people are investing now. Getting ahead of these concepts is why we invest in stocks (and crypto's) in the first place. Go ahead and wait until XRP get's "commercialized" by the banks, it'll probably be $100,000 per token. IMO So go ahead and wait.. I'm getting in for under 10 bucks.
