Public Network plc - Non-Executive Board Appointment

As a result of the acquisition of Scenedraft Limited from High Street
Acquisitions Limited on 26 September 2002, as announced today, Paul Ryan was
appointed as Non-Executive Director of Public Network plc at that date.

The directorships held by Mr Ryan, aged 35, over the five years preceding the
date of appointment are as follows:

Previous:          Codeknight Limited (Dissolved), Interface Belgium bvba
                   Belgium), Broadband Communications Limited (Ireland).

Mr Ryan was a director of the following company that went into receivership:

Circle Network (Europe) Limited (Ireland) that was placed into administrative
receivership in early 2001. The deficit to unsecured creditors amounted to
approximately stg 500,000.

There are no other disclosures to be made in respect of the appointment of Mr
Ryan under paragraph 15 of the AIM Rules.
