Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On March 1, 2009, Red Mile Entertainment, Inc. approved modifications to the compensation of the following executive officers by reducing their base salaries to the amount indicated below as of March 1, 2009:

-	Chester Aldridge, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer: $96,250

-	Simon Price, President: $88,000
