now quoted on the OTC Pink - Current Information Tier in the OTC Pink
marketplace.

"We are very pleased to have met the first of our six month objectives"

significant.  We completed a comprehensive review of the books and
records and prepared detailed working papers for each month going back
to 2011.  We did this in anticipation of completing an audit as part of
the process to become fully reporting with the Securities and Exchange
Commission and now that we have obtained 'Current Information' status
we will be starting that process." continued Mr. Smith.

agreed upon terms will allow Rangemore to purchase interest in the film
royalties in exchange preferred shares for up to a maximum of 10% of
the total royalties.  The final terms and a definitive agreement are in
the process of being prepared.
