Partner Jet Corp. (TSX VENTURE: PJT) (the "Company") announces that Mr. Gary Wood, for urgent personal and family reasons will be unable to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer for at least four to six months.

Mr. Ian McDougall will continue in the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman until a final appointment is possible.

Mr. Wood will continue providing marketing services to Partner Jet during the interim. Partner Jet is entirely understanding of the necessity of Mr. Wood's actions and remains fully supportive.
