Maximus Ventures Announces Option Grants

LONGUEUIL, QUEBEC (the "Company") announces that options to purchase an aggregate of 800,000 common shares of the Company were granted to two directors of the Company. The options are exercisable at $0.40 per share, the market closing price on the day preceding the grant. The options have a five-year term and will vest over an 18-month period.
