Imperial Ginseng Products Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:IGP)(TSX VENTURE:IGP.PRA.A) (the
"Company" or "Imperial") is pleased to announce that pursuant to its Stock
Option Plan, approved by the shareholders of the Company on December 12, 2002
and the TSX Venture Exchange on May 22, 2003, the Company has granted 224,000
incentive stock options to directors and officers of the Company. The options
are exercisable into common shares of the Company at a price of $0.22 per share
for a period of 5 years expiring March 4, 2019.
