to announced that it has finalized a Strategic Alignment Teaming
Agreement (the "Agreement") with key stakeholders within the
Company, primarily management, to better align them with the
interests of shareholders to advance the previously announced
strategic alternatives process. As a result of the Agreement,
executives of the Company will have scaled compensation tied to the
success of any resulting strategic transaction, payable over time
following completion.
Under the terms of the Agreement, Shane
Copeland, Ernie Durbin,
Bill Mohler and Aleksandra James are the designated recipients
of any compensation arising from the bonus pool.
