MISSISSAUGA, ON, Dec. 15, 2015 /CNW/ - Morguard North American
Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MRG.UN)
today announced that it has declared a distribution of 5 cents per unit for the month of December,
2015. The distribution will be payable on January 15, 2016 to unitholders of record as at
December 31, 2015.
