                       Results of Annual General Meeting


At the Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions were passed.

Accordingly every 100 ordinary shares of 0.01p each will be consolidated into
one new ordinary share of 1p each.  The consolidation takes effect after the
close of business today and trading in the new ordinary shares of 1p each is
anticipated to commence tomorrow, 28 October 2003.
