ExxonMobil elects Maria Jelescu Dreyfus to Board of Directors

Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE: XOM) announced today that Maria
Jelescu Dreyfus has joined its board of directors, effective May 3,
2024. Ms. Dreyfus is CEO and founder of Ardinall Investment
Management, an investment firm focused on sustainable investing and
resilient infrastructure.

Prior to forming Ardinall in 2017, Ms. Dreyfus spent 15 years at
Goldman Sachs, where she was a portfolio manager and Managing
Director in the Goldman Sachs Investment Partners Group focusing on
energy, industrials, transportation and infrastructure investments
across the capital structure, in both public and private
markets.
Ms. Dreyfus currently serves as a director on the board of Cadiz
Inc. (NASDAQ: CDZI) and on the board of CDPQ, one of Canada’s
largest pension plans. She also serves as a director on several
private companies’ boards in the energy transition space.
She is Vice-Chair of the advisory board of Columbia University’s
Center on Global Energy Policy, and serves as Co-Chair of its Women
in Energy program. Additionally, Ms. Dreyfus is a member of the MIT
Corporation’s Development Committee and serves on the MIT Economics
Department’s Visiting Committee. Her current nonprofit board
memberships include the Global CCS Foundation, New America
Alliance, and Girls Inc. of NYC.
