LAS VEGAS, Jan. 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- IGT (NYSE: IGT) today announced that, pursuant to the terms of its 3.25% Convertible Notes due May 1, 2014 (the "Notes"), the Notes will be convertible during the period beginning on February 2, 2014 and ending at the close of business on April 29, 2014. During such conversion period, holders will be able to convert their Notes into cash and, if applicable, shares of IGT's common stock at the rate and pursuant to the terms set forth in the Notes and the indenture governing the Notes.
