Explanation of Responses:
(1)	25% of the option became vested on June 12, 2018, the one-year anniversary of the date of grant. The remaining shares underlying the option vest in substantially equal quarterly installments for twelve (12) quarters after such one-year anniversary.
(2)	25% of the option became vested on February 13, 2019, the one-year anniversary of the date of grant. The remaining shares underlying the option vest in substantially equal quarterly installments for eight (8) quarters after such one-year anniversary.
(3)	50% of the option became vested on November 20, 2019, the one-year anniversary of the date of grant. The remaining shares underlying the option vest in substantially equal quarterly installments for four (4) quarters after such one-year anniversary.
(4)	25% of the option shall vest on March 7, 2020, the one-year anniversary of the date of grant. The remaining shares underlying the option vest in substantially equal quarterly installments for eight (8) quarters after such one-year anniversary.
