The Company has been unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 because of the delay of starting the audit of the financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2019 as a result of the Company’s recently announced merger transaction with Australian Future Energy Pty Ltd.
