On July 25, 2019, Michelle Wright, who serves as the Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Perceptron, Inc. (the “Company”) and as the Company’s principal accounting officer, resigned from her position effective August 16, 2019 to accept a new position at another company.
