This Form 8-K/A amends the Form 8-K filed on October 1, 2024 to include the newly appointed director's committee appointments, which were determined subsequent to the original filing.

Subsequent to issuing its original announcement that Thierry Bernard was appointed to its Board of Directors, effective November 1, 2024, Mr. Bernard has been appointed to serve on the Governance and Sustainability and Compensation and Talent Management Committees.
