Further to the announcement on 15th May the Company can confirm that the Board
is currently considering a number of potential advanced loan arrangements. This
further funding is required to provide the Company with sufficient working
capital for its plans. The Board is meeting shortly to consider the potential
loans, without which (or without any other alternative sources of funding) the
Company would not have sufficient working capital for its short term and future
requirements.
