The Company was informed today that on 22 June 2006, Forvaltnings AB
Bronsstadet, a company wholly owned by Peter Gyllenhammar acquired 100,000
ordinary shares in the Company.



Following this transaction, Forvaltnings AB Bronsstadet now owns a total of
2,990,582 ordinary shares, representing 8.03% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
