                Completion of acquisition of Bel and the Dragon


Further to the announcement of 21 May detailing the acquisition of the four Bel
and the Dragon sites and following the successful passing of the ordinary
resolution required by Gourmet Holdings plc shareholders on 13 June, Ultimate
Leisure Group has today completed the acquisition of the four Bel and the Dragon
sites.
