                              Issue of Equity


Tianshan confirms that is has issued options over ordinary shares of no par
value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to certain directors of the Company,
following approval at the Company's EGM, on 15 February 2008, as follows:

  *   1,000,000 options over Ordinary Shares to Keith Liddell;
  *   1,000,000 options over Ordinary Shares to David Evans;
  *   3,500,000 options over Ordinary Shares to Grant Thomas;
  *   250,000 options over Ordinary Shares to Graham Woolford.


(together the "New Class E Options"). Each New Class E Option is exercisable at
price of $0.60 and is exercisable at any time on or before 31 December 2010.

The total number of options, including the New Class E Options, held by each of
the directors are as follows:


  *  Keith Liddell - 1,000,000 New Class E Options and 500,000 Class D options 
     exercisable at $0.40 on or before 31 December 2008;

  *  David Evans - 1,000,000 New Class E Options and 333,333 Class A options
     exercisable at $0.20 on or before 31 December 2008, 333,333 Class B options
     exercisable at $0.25 on or before 31 December 2008, 333,334 Class C options
     exercisable at $0.30 on or before 31 December 2008, 500,000 Class D Options
     exercisable at $0.40 on or before 31 December 2008;

  *  Grant Thomas - 3,500,000 New Class E Options and 500,000 Class A options
     exercisable at $0.20 on or before 31 December 2008, 500,000 Class B options  
     exercisable at $0.25 on or before 31 December 2008, 500,000 Class C options 
     exercisable at $0.30 on or before 31 December 2008; and

  *  Graham Woolford - 250,000 New Class E Options.
