Stylo plc announces that it reached agreement on 17 March 2008 to sell its brand
name 'Shellys' to Eternal Best Industries Limited of Hong Kong.

The sale of assets includes the intellectual property associated with the brand
name.

Dr Michael Ziff Executive Chairman and CEO commenting on the sale said:

The sale of the Shellys brand is a further move by Stylo to concentrate on its
core retail business of Barratts, PriceLess and concessions in other retail
clothing stores.
